Director Statement
On this story we wanted to show a realistic picture of the life
of Tito.
The approach for the mentally ill is always very stereotypical
and we wanted to show a different face.
What if... was our motto.
We aren't the most technical people so we decided to go with
black and white.
We felt color would distract and refocus our approach to the
story.
Some of the story may be a bit controversial but we don't mean
to hurt anyone.
Any similarities to real characters may be coincidence.
Production Notes
"The making of..."
The approach we took as film makers was to worry more about the
story than the production.
We didn't think we were the best technical people to do fancy
colors and effects so we decided to go black and white.
We didn't rehearse because we believe in having a fresh approach
to things.
Some of our best work has been created by using our knowledge,
experience and creative nature;
Not by planning things to death.
Our actors walked in without knowing what they would be doing
that day.
Our script also changed a lot from paper to production...
